Reece Bath + Kitchen
Reece Bath + Kitchen is a popular Australian brand that offers custom design services and high-end products. In an effort to break into the US market, they came to our team at Razorfish to build a new website for their American branches.
In doing so, we elevated the brand from dated and industrial to elegant and consumer-focused. We prioritized white space and neutral colors to mirror modern interior design and give the user a sense of what their finished room might feel like.

Inspiration
Our process led us to develop some additional features for the website to make Reece stand out above the rest. Our experience begins with the ability to casually browse for inspiration and find a good starting place, alleviating some of the stress of renovating your home. Organized into helpful categories, every image on the site includes a heart icon in the corner, which allows the user to easily add the image to a moodboard collection.
Moodboards
Once a user has created an account, they can save and organize multiple moodboards in whatever way they prefer. For example, you might have moodboards for colors or decor styles, different rooms, or even separate properties. No project is too big or too small.
The Reece Guarantee
The Reece Guarantee is a big selling point and offers peace of mind to any customer considering Reece Bath + Kitchen. With this in mind, we felt it deserved its own page, laying out every detail and comparing Reece's services with competitors.
Project Hub
This section walks the user through the process of completing a project with Reece. Each step is laid out in a to-do list with helpful advice, timelines, integrated moodboards and shopping, and the ability to build a team of Reece associates to facilitate the project.
Product Details
Each product sold through Reece has its own page, with every spec, dimension, and detail listed. This includes photos, finish options, related products, special features, reviews, and the ability to see the product in AR in your own home.
Account Portal
With a MyReece account, the user can easily access and edit all of their information in one place, from addresses and credit cards, from moodboards to projects, from receipts to Reece associates.
Showroom Details
There is a dedicated page for each US showroom so a user can easily find a brick-and-mortar store. These locations feature live events and Reece consultants as well as actual products you can touch.
